Return Policy

Any product(s) may be returned within 30 days for any reason (Custom jobs may be assessed return fees for materials used that we can no longer use). The product(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) to the credit card or funding source used to make the purchase. Shipping is not refunded

Credit Card Processing

We use Authorize.net & PayPal to process credit card orders. We supply them with data for credit card authorization and fraud detection only and they are restricted from using the data for any other purposes. Your credit card number is NOT stored on our servers, databases, or on any other of our digital or physical assets.

Other Products Warranty

All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days. With proper usage and storage, if something "breaks", "rips", or otherwise hinders the intended use of the product, we will issue a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the type of product, availability, and your request. We may require a photo of the issue to help us understand the issue and to make a decision on coverage.

Holiday Exception

If you are ordering your item as a gift for a major holiday, please note that your are doing so in the comments section during checkout. Your warranty coverage will start on that date instead of the purchase date.
